Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and slice zucchinis into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Season the zucchini slices lightly with salt and black pepper.
- Spread about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce on each zucchini slice.
- Sprinkle each slice with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Add mini pepperoni and diced bell peppers, if using.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano.
