Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Shape mixture into meatballs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
  6. Transfer meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. While meatballs bake, sauté zucchini noodles in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes.
