Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
- Transfer meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- While meatballs bake, sauté zucchini noodles in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes.
- Warm marinara sauce in a small pot.
- Serve zucchini noodles topped with meatballs, marinara sauce, and Parmesan cheese.
