Instructions

- Wash and thinly slice the zucchini using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- In a medium bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Arrange the zucchini in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the chips are crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Let cool completely before serving.
