Description

These white chocolate raspberry balls are a quick and easy dessert. They are perfect for holidays or any time you need a sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries
  • 1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, optional

Instructions

  1. Thaw raspberries and drain any excess liquid.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
  3. Beat cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until smooth.
  4. Stir in melted white chocolate, raspberries, and pecans (if using).
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm enough to roll.
  6. Roll mixture into small balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • You can substitute other berries for raspberries.
  • For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
  • Adjust the amount of confectioners’ sugar to your sweetness preference.
  • These can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
