Description

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, coconut sugar, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Spread batter evenly in the pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges turn golden.
  7. Cool before cutting into bars.
