Ingredients

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated

- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and mushrooms, stir for 3 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Add water, cover, and cook for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.
