Description

Stuffed Strawberries are a delightful and refreshing dessert. Fresh strawberries are hulled and filled with a creamy, sweet cheese mixture, then topped with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs. This recipe is simple to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a piping bag with a star tip (or a Ziploc bag with a corner snipped off).
  4. Pipe the cream cheese mixture into the hollowed-out strawberries.
  5. Sprinkle the stuffed strawberries with graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or a drop of almond extract to the cream cheese mixture.
  • You can prepare these ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • If you don’t have a piping bag, use a small spoon to fill the strawberries.
