- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a piping bag with a star tip (or a Ziploc bag with a corner snipped off).
- Pipe the cream cheese mixture into the hollowed-out strawberries.
- Sprinkle the stuffed strawberries with graham cracker crumbs.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a different flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or a drop of almond extract to the cream cheese mixture.
- You can prepare these ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- If you don’t have a piping bag, use a small spoon to fill the strawberries.
