- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
- Carefully slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped nuts, honey (if using), and cinnamon (if using).
- Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into the center of each date.
- Arrange the stuffed dates on a serving platter.
Notes
- For extra sweetness, drizzle with a little more honey before serving.
