  • 1 lemon, halved

Instructions

  1. Trim the artichokes by cutting off the top inch and trimming the stems.

  3. Gently spread the leaves to create space for stuffing.
  4. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Stuff the mixture between the artichoke leaves.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed artichokes.
  7. Place in a steamer basket over boiling water, cover, and steam for 45 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
