Instructions

- Pour about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of batter onto the hot waffle iron, depending on its size.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the waffles are golden brown and cooked through.

- For extra fluffy waffles, separate the egg whites and beat them to soft peaks before folding them into the batter.
