- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup water or orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Combine strawberries, sugar, water (or orange juice), and lemon juice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- To remove, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to your preference and the sweetness of the strawberries.
- For a creamier popsicle, add 1/4 cup plain yogurt or coconut milk.
- You can add other fruits like raspberries or blueberries for variety.
