Description

Cool down with refreshing homemade strawberry popsicles. These easy-to-make treats are perfect for a hot day.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
  • 1/4 cup water or orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  2. Combine strawberries, sugar, water (or orange juice), and lemon juice in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  7. To remove, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.

Notes

  • Adjust sugar to your preference and the sweetness of the strawberries.
  • For a creamier popsicle, add 1/4 cup plain yogurt or coconut milk.
