- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (alcohol-free)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or oven-safe skillet with butter.
- Arrange the halved strawberries evenly in the prepared dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, and eggs until well combined.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, flour, vanilla extract, and salt until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
- Pour the batter over the strawberries in the dish.
