Scale

- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine strawberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice in a medium saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, mashing the strawberries with a fork as they soften, until the mixture is thick and jam-like.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chia seeds.
- Pour the jam into a clean jar and let it cool completely before refrigerating.
- The jam will thicken further as it cools.
Notes
- Store the jam in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 weeks.
