Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

- For a colder smoothie, use extra frozen fruit or add a few ice cubes.
- To make it a thicker smoothie bowl, reduce the amount of milk.
