These spinach and feta turkey burgers are a healthy and flavorful alternative to traditional beef burgers. They are easy to make and perfect for a quick weeknight meal.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Form the mixture into four equal patties.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the turkey burgers for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Serve the burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mixture.
- These burgers can be grilled instead of pan-fried.
- Leftover burgers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
