- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 6 garlic cloves, minced

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cube beef into bite-sized pieces.
- Melt butter in slow cooker.
- Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to butter.
- Place beef cubes in slow cooker.
- Coat beef evenly with garlic butter mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
