- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 orange, zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme, then cook for 5-6 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add cranberries, orange juice, orange zest, honey, and chicken broth.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until cranberries soften and sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve warm.
