Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add plant-based milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
- Serve warm with syrup or fruit.
