Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 1 1/4 cups water

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 large shiitake mushrooms, sliced

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the rice with water in a rice cooker or pot until tender.
