Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
