Description

Seafood tortellini with a creamy sauce and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound seafood tortellini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in white wine or vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the liquid to reduce slightly.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
  6. Stir in fresh parsley. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
