Seafood tortellini with a creamy sauce and fresh herbs.
Ingredients

- 1 pound seafood tortellini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in white wine or vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the liquid to reduce slightly.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Stir in fresh parsley. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
