- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, plus extra for sprinkling
- 1–2 tablespoons water (if needed)
Instructions
- Combine dates, oats, protein powder, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a food processor.
- Blend until the mixture forms a sticky dough. If the mixture is too dry, add water one tablespoon at a time until it comes together.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
- Sprinkle with additional sea salt, if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
