Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pat turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub olive oil all over the turkey breast.
  4. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme in a small bowl.
  5. Sprinkle seasoning evenly over the turkey.
  6. Place turkey breast on a roasting rack in a baking pan.
  7. Roast for 60-75 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
