- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pat turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil all over the turkey breast.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle seasoning evenly over the turkey.
- Place turkey breast on a roasting rack in a baking pan.
- Roast for 60-75 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
