Ingredients

- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Mix melted butter and brown sugar in a small bowl.
- Drizzle over carrots and roast for 5 more minutes.
- Serve warm.
