- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender-crisp and slightly charred.
- While the broccoli roasts, prepare the chipotle honey butter. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, and chipotle powder.
- Once the broccoli is roasted, transfer it to a serving bowl. Pour the chipotle honey butter over the broccoli and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
