Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. While the broccoli roasts, prepare the chipotle honey butter. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, and chipotle powder.
  6. Once the broccoli is roasted, transfer it to a serving bowl. Pour the chipotle honey butter over the broccoli and toss to coat.
  7. Serve immediately.
