- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in pineapple, soy sauce, honey, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 20 seconds.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and fold into burritos.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.

- Add a dash of lime juice for extra zing.
