- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
- Add beef slices and cook until browned. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour beef broth into the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use ribeye steak for a more authentic flavor.
- Add hot peppers for extra spice.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
