Ingredients

- 500g potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add potatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, sugar, honey, garlic, and water. Stir well.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Uncover and cook until sauce thickens.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion before serving.
