- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and toss gently.
- Return to oven and roast for another 5-10 minutes, or until broccoli is tender-crisp and cheese is golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, roast for a few additional minutes.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
