Description

A quick and easy one-pot creamy garlic pasta with rich flavor and minimal cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (any type)
  • 3 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in broth, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
  4. Add pasta and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese and parsley.
  7. Serve immediately.
