A quick and easy one-pot creamy garlic pasta with rich flavor and minimal cleanup.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (any type)
- 3 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in broth, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
- Add pasta and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
- Adjust salt to taste if using store-bought broth.
- Add cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
