Instructions
- Combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder in a medium saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the quick-cooking oats and mix well.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper or parchment paper.
- Let cool completely until set, about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
