- 2 (6 ounce) sea bass fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 1 green bell pepper, cored and sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the sea bass fillets in the center of the prepared baking sheet.
- Scatter the cherry tomatoes, red onion, green bell pepper, and zucchini around the fish.
- Drizzle everything with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper over the fish and vegetables.
- Place the lemon slices on top of the sea bass fillets.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of your sea bass fillets.
