Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and matcha powder in a large bowl.
- Add almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined and a sticky dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place the energy balls on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

- For extra protein, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder.
- If the mixture is too dry, add a teaspoon of water or milk until it reaches the desired consistency.
