Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 6 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add heavy cream, parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until sauce thickens, about 3 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
