- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter

Instructions
- Place peeled and cubed potatoes in the crockpot.
- Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until potatoes are tender.
- Mash potatoes with a potato masher or hand mixer.
- Stir in sour cream and broth until smooth.
- Keep warm in the crockpot until ready to serve.
