- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces.
- Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Pour in the beef broth and milk, stirring well.
- Add the uncooked macaroni and bring to a gentle boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and paprika.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted and soup is creamy.
- Serve hot with extra shredded cheese on top if desired.
