Ingredients

- 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 6 slices beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add potatoes, beef bacon, cheese, and green onions to the bowl. Toss gently to coat.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
