Description

A simple yet delicious recipe for a juicy steak topped with a creamy garlic sauce. Perfect for a hearty meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the steak to your desired doneness, then set aside to rest.
  3. In the same pan, add butter and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  5. Slice the steak and serve with the creamy garlic sauce drizzled on top.

Notes

  • Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
  • Adjust the sauce thickness by adding more or less cream.
