- 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets

Instructions
- Combine halved potatoes, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon dried dill, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper in a large bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
- Pour 1 cup water or broth into the Instant Pot. Place a trivet inside.
- Arrange the seasoned potatoes on top of the trivet.
- In a separate small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon dried dill, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Rub this mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Place the seasoned salmon fillets on top of the potatoes in the Instant Pot.
- Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to sealing.
- Select the Pressure Cook (or Manual) setting and set the cooking time to 5 minutes for firm salmon or 4 minutes for medium-rare.
- Once cooking is complete, perform a quick release by carefully turning the valve to venting.
- Remove the salmon and potatoes from the Instant Pot.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

- Cooking time for salmon can vary based on thickness. Adjust as needed.
- You can add other vegetables like asparagus or green beans during the last few minutes of cooking.
