- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss chicken in half the sauce to coat evenly.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until crispy and fully cooked.
- Drizzle remaining sauce over the cooked chicken.
- Serve chicken over rice with cabbage, cucumber, and green onions.
