- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the marinade. Coat evenly and let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the marinated chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over them.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
- You can grill the chicken instead of baking it for a smokier taste.
