- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add oil, water, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra fudginess, slightly underbake.
- Substitute sugar with coconut sugar for a healthier option.
