Description

A simple, high-protein pasta dish featuring rotisserie chicken and broccoli for a quick and nutritious meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz whole wheat pasta
  • 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add broccoli and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in shredded chicken and cooked pasta. Mix well.
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss to combine.
  6. Serve warm.
