Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup cotija cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, chili powder, smoked paprika, lime juice, and salt.
- Add cooked pasta, corn, and cotija cheese to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
