A hearty and flavorful hamburger stew made with ground beef, vegetables, and a rich broth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, carrots, and garlic. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the potatoes, beef broth, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, thyme, and tomato paste.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
