Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add halloumi slices to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Remove halloumi from the pan and arrange on a serving plate.
- Drizzle generously with honey.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired, and serve immediately.
