A fun and easy dessert, this griddle s’mores pizza combines graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows cooked on a griddle until gooey and delicious.

- 1 (13.8 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (12 ounce) bag mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat a griddle to medium heat or preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Unroll pizza dough onto the preheated griddle or a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush dough with melted butter.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over the buttered dough.
- Arrange mini marshmallows over the graham cracker crumbs.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the marshmallows.
- Cook on the griddle for 8-10 minutes, or until the bottom of the crust is golden brown and the marshmallows are melted and lightly toasted. If baking in the oven, bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crust is golden and marshmallows are melted and lightly browned.
- Carefully remove from the griddle or oven. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For an extra touch, drizzle with a little chocolate syrup or caramel sauce after cooking.
- You can use different types of chocolate, such as milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate chips.
- If you don’t have a griddle, you can bake this in the oven on a baking sheet.
