Description

A fun and easy dessert, this griddle s’mores pizza combines graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows cooked on a griddle until gooey and delicious.


Ingredients

  • 1 (13.8 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat a griddle to medium heat or preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Unroll pizza dough onto the preheated griddle or a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush dough with melted butter.
  3. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over the buttered dough.
  4. Arrange mini marshmallows over the graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the marshmallows.
  6. Cook on the griddle for 8-10 minutes, or until the bottom of the crust is golden brown and the marshmallows are melted and lightly toasted. If baking in the oven, bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crust is golden and marshmallows are melted and lightly browned.
  7. Carefully remove from the griddle or oven. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For an extra touch, drizzle with a little chocolate syrup or caramel sauce after cooking.
  • You can use different types of chocolate, such as milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate chips.
  • If you don’t have a griddle, you can bake this in the oven on a baking sheet.
