Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil carrots in water for 5 minutes until slightly tender.
  2. Drain water and return carrots to the pan.
  3. Add butter, brown sugar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.
  5. Garnish with parsley before serving.
