Description

Crispy chicken wings coated in a savory garlic parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split at the joint, wingtips removed
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the garlic parmesan sauce over the wings and toss to coat thoroughly.
  8. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
