Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped dill, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the herb mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is shimmering, carefully place the salmon fillets, skin-side down if applicable, into the hot skillet.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
